It’s hard to believe that it hasn’t even been a year since Wisteria at Warner Center officially broke ground, especially considering the significant progress we’ve seen on the construction site.
Since our last update, the team has finished grading the residential building, installed primary plumbing and electric conduit, and placed large cisterns for water storage and collection. The photos below illustrate all the hard work they’ve put in.
Now that we’ve finished all the grading and underground work, we’re approved to start pouring the foundation, a monumental next step in our journey to bring The Valley’s newest Life Plan Community to life. Stay tuned for future updates on our progress.
